美國男子告女友竊精子生仔

美國一名男醫生控告一名女醫生，利用口交「竊取」他的精子懷孕生子，最後被判敗訴。

伊利諾州上訴法院說，原告在口交過程中「傳遞」他的精子，「這是一項禮物，一份捐贈者給接受者絕對且無法回收的產物」，並無法按照要求退還，因此支持下級法院的判決，被告無罪。

兩名男女醫生於六年前發生肉體關係，期間女方並為男方口交，在兩年後，女生向法院提出鑑定飛男方為孩子生父，基因鑑定也證實父子關係，男方為此必須支付每個月800美元的養育費。

男方完全不知道這名女子有了他的小孩這回事，因此控告她，利用口交的機會，偷偷保留了他的精子，生下小孩，為此控告艾倫斯詐欺和竊盜。
